Hello and Welcome! My name is Kwame Kuadey and I am the publisher of this blog. The idea for this site came out of research I was doing for my gift card business - GiftCardRescue.com, LLC. My goal is to share my knowledge on gift cards and hopefully learn from others in this fast growing industry.

My background is in financial services where I have spent the last seven years in Operations, Human Resources, and Compliance. However, my passion revolves around entrepreneurship.

I am a graduate of Middlebury College and currently an MBA student at the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work and school, I run a financial literacy program at my church and over the last 8 years, I have been active in the fight against HIV/AIDS in Africa through Aidsandafrica.com. Why GiftCardBlogger?

The main goal of this blog is to provide you the information you need to make gift card shopping a breeze. I post on a variety of topics including gift card ideas, gift card holders & packaging, gift card exchange, free gift cards, and answers to gift card questions.

One of the main ideas I like to promote on this blog is to encourage my readers against sending “Naked Gift Cardâ„¢” and “Lonely Gift Cardâ„¢“. So, get creative, maintain the element of surprise, and make the receiver excited about getting your gift card.
